Mrs. Groër is an associate with the firm with broad experience in the field of business law and transactions. Sharon has particular expertise in business formations and structure, contracts, leases, franchising, labor and employment, foreign business registration, and state-specific business laws related to business registration.
Prior to joining the firm, Sharon spent six years in general practice at firms in both Tennessee and Maryland and served as the legal counsel to national soccer camps founded by former Olympic Gold Medalist soccer players.
Sharon was a member of the University of Tennessee Lady Vols soccer team while completing her undergraduate degree in Political Science. Sharon was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll two consecutive years.
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys traveling, running, sports, cooking and spending time with her husband, two children and her Golden Retriever Lilly.
